For Rabobank's department Special Asset Management our developers built tooling to support the daily processes. This included, among other things, developing an application that supports the employees of the department Special Asset Management in drawing up letters for communication with customers. Furthermore, we developed a web application, with which Rabobank employees can easily analyze the financial situation of customers. All applications are developed according to Agile methodology and the direct involvement of the employees is continuously searched.

Initially, there was no well-organized, collected, ordered, and cleansed data in one dashboard which showed the anomalies (bar code missing, package damaging, wrong bar code etc.) in one place.
